慢性化脓性中耳炎HRCT诊断及临床应用分析

     [摘要] 目的:分析慢性化脓性中耳炎的HRCT表现，探讨HRCT诊断对临床的指导意义。方法：回顾性分析20例慢性化脓性中耳炎的HRCT和MSCT表现,并与临床病理相对照,其中男性12例,女性8例,平均年龄38岁,采用骨高分辨放大重建双耳扫描对照。结果：HRCT诊断慢性肉芽肿型中耳炎11例,胆脂瘤型中耳炎8例,慢性单纯型中耳炎1例。HRCT表现：中耳腔内软组织影；骨质破坏；合并症表现。结论：HRCT是诊断慢性化脓性中耳炎的最佳手段,并为临床制定手术方式及治疗方案提供强有力的帮助。

    HRCT Diagnosis and Clinical Applicafion Analysis of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Meida

    Abstract：Objective To analyze highresolution CT(HRCT) findings of chronic suppurative otitis media(CSOM) and to evaluate clinical effect of HRCT diagnosing.Methods HRCT finding of 20 cases of CSOM were refrospectivelyanalyzed.The finding were compared with pathologic results.20 patients(12 males and 8 fales with a men age of 38 years) were scanned with HRCT.Results In 20 case of CSOM,there were 11 case of chronic granulorma tympanitis,8 cases of cholesteatoma of tympanitis,one case of chronic simple tympanitis.The HRCT manifestationsof CSOM appeared as follows:The soft tissue shadows in middle ear cavity；bone destrction in middle ear；complication performance.Conclusion HRCT is very good examination in the CSOM,and it proved very helpful treatment for surgical operation and medical therapy. ......
