心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平变化与临床观察分析

     [摘要] 目的：探讨心力衰竭(HF)患者血浆B型尿钠肽(BNP)改变及其临床意义。方法：采用快速免疫荧光法分别测定109例HF(NYHA Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)患者和79例健康对照组的血浆BNP水平，并进行对照分析。结果：HF组总体血浆BNP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)，NYHAⅡ级心功能时血浆BNP明显高于对照组(P<0.01)，且Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组间血浆BNP依次递增(P<0.01)。HF在控制后明显低于HF在控制前(P<0.01)。结论：血浆BNP的水平对HF的诊断、严重程度和预后评价有重要价值。

    Clinieal Analysis of the chang of Plasma BNP Levels in Patients with Heart Failure
