【摘要】 目的 分析胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)血管造影表现，探讨血管造影的诊断价值。方法 对9例手术切除肿瘤后病理诊断为GIST的患者，回顾分析其血管造影征象，确定病灶的部位、大小、形态、边缘、性质。结果 肿瘤位于胃1例，空肠6例，回肠2例。良性6例，恶性3例。血管造影的主要征象分为两类：(1)肿瘤血管增粗，呈包绕状，走行清楚，染色均匀，多为良性。(2)肿瘤局部血管紊乱、粗细不均，染色不均匀，为恶性。结论 血管造影对于GIST的定位、定性有重要价值，可作为经一般检查后仍不能明确消化道出血病变的补充。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the angiographic features and value in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST).Methods 9 patients with GIST,who had undergone radical operation and pathologic diagnosis,were recalled the angiographic feature for the origin,size,morphology and lesion.Results One cases of tumor originated from stomach,6 did from jejunum,and 2 from ileum.6 tumore were benign,3 tumors were malignant.The angiographic changes was simply divided into two types:(1)Wrapping and widening neoplastic vessels were found,which were clear and homogeneous stain in tumor and were most benign.(2)Twisting irregular neoplastic vessels were found,the part of them were coarse and indistinct margin.These cases were malignant.Conclusion The value of angiography is important in localization and detecting lesion of GIST,which is regard as a supplement to routine examination for cause-unknown gastrointestinal bleeding. ......
