[摘要] 目的 加强对老年2型糖尿病的低血糖反应特点的认识及预防措施的探讨。方法 回顾性分析58例老年2型糖尿病低血糖反应患者的临床资料。结果 老年2型糖尿病低血糖反应具有临床症状不典型、低血糖持续时间长、恢复慢等特点，其诱因主要与饮食不规律有关，医源性因素也是另一重要原因。结论 老年2型糖尿病患者应加强健康宣教和血糖监测，对其血糖的控制要相对放宽标准。

    [Abstract] Objective To enhance the acquaintance of clinical characteristics and preventive measures of hypoglycemia complication in aged 2 diabetes.Methods Clinical data of hypoglycemia in aged 2 diabetes of 58 patients were reviewed.Results Clinical characteristics of hypoglycemia complication in aged 2 diabetes is not typical and durations of hypoglycemia were long.The main cause of hypoglycemia in aged 2 diabetes was relative to the irregular diet.Medical factors were another important cause.Conclusion Health education and blood sugar measure were important to prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia in aged 2 diabetes.The control levels of blood sugar in aged 2 diabetes were not as strict as other ones. ......
