[摘要] 目的 观察针刺结合本体感受性神经肌肉促通技术(PNF)治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法 将100例病例随机分为针刺结合PNF治疗组53例和对照组47例。治疗组先予针刺治疗，出针后用PNF进行面部肌肉康复功能锻炼。对照组予服药泛敏补、VitB1、地巴唑，急性期加服强的松，10天为一疗程，共治疗3个疗程。结果 治疗组和对照组的临床效果比较，P<0.05，差异有显著性，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 采用针刺结合PNF治疗面神经炎可取得较好疗效，是一种好的治疗方法。
