【摘要】 目的 探讨高频及彩色多普勒超声在睾丸扭转中的临床诊断价值。方法 回顾分析6例睾丸扭转病例，总结其发病及诊断过程。结果 6例睾丸扭转患者均经手术证实，其中4例睾丸坏死。结论 结合临床有针对性地进行高频及彩色多普勒超声检查对早期诊断睾丸扭转有重要意义。

    Value of high-frequency ultrasound and colour Doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of testicular torsion

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate high-frequency ultrasound and colour Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) for the diagnosis of testicular torsion (TT).Methods Six cases of TT were reviewed and the first clinical diagnosis as well as results of ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.Results Six patients of TT were all proved by operations,4 of which lost testicles due to necrosis.Conclusion A direct high-frequency ultrasound and CDFI examination combined with clinical signs is much helpful for early diagnose testicular torsion.
