【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及副反应。方法 选择自愿接受介入治疗的症状性子宫肌瘤及无症状子宫肌瘤，直径>4 cm患者38例，术前检查排除带蒂浆膜下子宫肌瘤，采用Seldinger技术经皮股动脉穿刺插管行子宫动脉栓塞治疗，栓塞剂为海藻酸钠微球(KMG)、新鲜明胶海绵颗粒。结果 治疗后患者临床症状减轻至消失，子宫及肌瘤体积减小、肌瘤消失或脱落经阴道排出，无严重并发症发生。结论 子宫动脉栓塞术可明显缩小子宫及肌瘤体积，改善子宫肌瘤的临床症状。

    Clinical observation of biliteral uterine arterial embolization in the treatment of hysteromyoma

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of uterine arterial embolization (UAE) on hysteromyoma.Methods UAE was performed in 38 patients with hysteromyoma with or without symptoms，diameter of uterine fibroids>4 cm.UAE was performed by using Seldinger technique via femoral artery.Results After operation,the symptoms were relieved or disapeared,the volume of uterine and hysteromyoma was reduced,no patient showed severe complication.Conclusion The uterine arterial embolization is a safe and effective method to improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the volume of uterine and hysteromyoma. ......
