[摘要] 目的 评价Roy适应模式在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的应用。方法 将Roy学说中的生理、自我概念、角色功能及相互依赖4种适应模式用于25例介入治疗子宫肌瘤患者角色适应性护理。结果 实施Roy护理程序后，患者情绪稳定，能愉快配合治疗与护理，顺利完成手术。结论 运用Roy适应模式能提高子宫肌瘤介入治疗患者的适应性。[关键词] Roy适应模式；子宫肌瘤；介入治疗；护理
Application of Roy Adaptation Model in the nursing care of uterus myoma patients treated with uterine arterial embolization

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Roy Adaptation Model on uterus myoma patients.Methods Depended on 4 kinds of Roy Adaptation Model in the theory of Roy,which are physiology,the ego concept,the role function and mutually,nursing was carried out for 25 uterus myoma(UM) patients treated with uterine arterial embolization (UAE).Results After the Roy Nursing Procedure was carried out,patients were stable and the surgical operations were smoothly,partnering treatment and nursing.Conclusion It is concluded that the Roy Adaptation Model can raise the adaptability of UM patients treated with UAE.
