[摘要] 目的 了解农村小儿农药中毒的状况，为针对性的健康教育提供指导。方法 统计分析我院2002年1月～2005年6月收治的42例农药中毒患儿中毒的途径、方式及中毒原因。结果 农村小儿农药中毒以误食为主，占64.29%,其次为皮肤黏膜中毒,占21.43%。结论 农村农药管理有待加强，农民对农药的使用与保管缺乏足够的认识，农村小儿缺乏监管。在农村普及农药相关知识的健康教育具有重要意义。

    [Abstract] Objective To realize pesticides poisoning children in county aiming to provide guidance for corresponding health education.Methods Statistical analysis on poisoning ways,approaches and causes of 42 cases of pesticides poison was carried out from Jan.2002 to Jun.2005.Results Pesticides mistaken was the leading common way to pesticides poisoning children in county accounting for 64.29%,followed by mucocutaneous approach accounting for 21.43%.Conclusion In county,the management and use of pesticides is needed to enhance.Corresponding health education is necessary.
