[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理在提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者生活质量中的作用。方法 试验组50例乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行化疗全程的舒适护理，对照组50例给予常规护理，比较两组患者化疗后的生活质量。结果 试验组R值为0.5887，对照组R值为0.4173，两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 舒适护理能有效提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者的生活质量。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of comfort care on the life quality of breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after surgery.Methods Patients in the experimental group(n=50) received comfort care while those in the control group(n=50) continued the traditional nursing.Effects of nursing were measured in the two groups after the whole chemical cure.Results Life quality in the experimental group was distinctly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Comfort care can effectively enhance the life quality of patients with breast cancer treated by chemotherapy after surgery. ......
