[摘要] 目的 对采用成角锁定钢板治疗肱骨干骨折的生物力学性能进行实验研究，为临床应用提供可靠的理论依据。方法 采用8具新鲜的成人肱骨标本进行实验应力分析，比较成角锁定钢板和传统LC-DCP钢板固定肱骨中段骨折在不同载荷下的强度、刚度和稳定性的差异性以及应力遮挡的结果。结果 成角锁定钢板的一系列生物力学性能优于传统LC-DCP钢板，在强度、刚度、应力遮挡率上具有较大的优势，两者均差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 成角锁定钢板在治疗肱骨等四肢长骨骨折方面，优于传统LC-DCP钢板。成角锁定钢板不但结构合理，而且符合生物力学内固定原理，临床上可推广应用。

    Biomechanical study of corner lock plate in treatment of humeral fracture

    [Abstract] Objective To elucidate the biomechanical foundation of corner lock plate.Methods Analyze the biomechanical stability of the fixed humeral fracture with corner lock plate and LC-DCP plate by three methods:tension test,bending test and torsion test.Results From three tests above，the relation of load-straining,load-migration,bending moment-deflection,torsion moment-torsion angle were drew，both of results show statistical significant deviation.Conclusion Internal fixation of humeral fracture with corner lock plate could have good biomechanical stability.
