高压氧治疗新生儿和婴儿颅内出血的疗效观察

     [摘要] 目的：探讨高压氧(HBO)对新生儿和婴儿颅内出血的治疗效果。方法：将78例新生儿和婴儿颅内出血患儿随机分为两组,对照组和高压氧治疗组。结果：治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率76.32%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：高压氧治疗新生儿和婴儿颅内出血疗效显著、安全，减少后遗症，增加疗程可提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

    Effective Observations of Intracranial Hemorrhage of Neonate and Infant with Hyperbaric Oxygen

    Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of treatment of intracranial hemorrhage with hyperbaric oxygen.Methods 78 cases of intracranial hemorrhage of neonate and infant were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group and treatment group with hyperbaric oxygen.Results The effect of treatment group with hyperbaric oxygen was much better than that of control group,the total effective rate were 97.5% and 76.32% respectively,there was significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with hyperbaric oxygen is a safe and efficacious method,could reduced sequelae,increase period of treatment could enhance cure rate. ......
