【摘要】 目的 观察肛管疤痕切除吻合及肛周皮瓣松解上移术对肛管狭窄的治疗效果。方法 本组15例患者均采用肛管疤痕切除吻合及肛周皮瓣松解。结果 15例患者经过上述方法治疗后均治愈。结论 肛管疤痕切除吻合及肛周皮瓣松解术治疗肛管狭窄疗效显著，不易复发。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of the treatment of anal canal scar resection and anastomosis and loose solution method to perianal skin flap in treating anorectal stenosis.Methods Anal canal scar resection and anastomosis and loose solution method to perianal skin flap.Results All 5 cases were healed use that way.Conclusion The treatment of anal canal scar resection and anastomosis and loose solution method to perianal, skin flap in treating anorectal stenosis has the definite therapeutic effect and recurrence is low.
