【摘要】 目的 探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)及浸润性宫颈癌(ICC)中的表达，旨在提高宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及浸润性宫颈癌的诊断率。方法 采用原位杂交(HCⅡ)方法检测40例慢性宫颈炎、30例CINⅠ～Ⅱ、25例CINⅢ以及30例ICC病例中高危HPV的表达。结果 高危HPV感染与CIN及ICC关系密切，慢性宫颈炎、CINⅠ～Ⅱ组织几乎不表达HPV，显著低于CINⅢ ICC，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 检测高危HPV是早期诊断CIN Ⅲ及ICC的一个重要辅助方法，并有助于探讨CIN及ICC的发病机制。
