[摘要] 目的 探讨三羟乙基芦丁的制备过程与条件，筛选最佳结晶溶剂，以优化其制备工艺及提高其含量。方法 以芦丁与环氧乙烷为原料，以甲醇、水等溶媒，在碱催化剂存在下合成三羟乙基芦丁。结果 显示三羟乙基芦丁的合成有一个最佳反应点(此时含量最高)，其粗品含量可达73%以上。结论 甲醇为最佳结晶溶剂，精制后其含量可达90%以上。
