复方枸杞合剂对实验性肝损伤保护作用的实验研究

     摘要:目的:本文旨在探讨复方枸杞合剂对大鼠、小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:分别以四氯化碳(CCL4)造成大鼠和小鼠急性肝损伤模型,醋氨酚造成小鼠肝坏死模型;用赖氏法测定大鼠和小鼠血清SALT活力、甲醇法测定大鼠血清胆红素含量,并观察醋氨酚中毒对小鼠生存率的影响。结果:复方枸杞合剂能降低大鼠、小鼠SALT水平和胆红素含量,并显著提高醋氨酚中毒的小鼠生存率。结论:复方枸杞合剂对实验性肝损伤具有保护作用。

    A Study of the Protective Effect of Compound Medlar Mixture on Experimental Hepatic Injury

    Abstract: Objective: To survery the protection of compound medlar mixture against experimental hepatic injury of mouse and rat.Method: Forming an acute hepatic injury model of mouse and rat by using carbon tetrachloride (ccl4) and a hepatic necrosis model of mouse by using acetaminophen(AAP) ,measuring the activity of the serum alanine transaminase(SALT) of mice and rats by Reitman-Frankel’s method, serum bilirubin content of rats by methanol method.The survival rate of mice responsing to AAP poisoning was also observed. Result: Compound medlar mixture can reduce SALT activity and bilirubin content of mice and rats,and can effectively increase the survival rate of mice responsing to AAP poisoning. Conclusion: Compound medlar mixture has an action to protect animal’s hepatic cells from experimental injury. ......
