角膜移植术后应用环孢霉素滴眼液的临床观察

[摘要] 目的 对比研究穿透性角膜移植术不同术后处理方法及其术后排斥反应的发生率。方法 2组(48例)行穿透性角膜移植术角膜病患者，一组术后单独使用0.1%地塞米松滴眼，另一组采用环孢霉素A(1%CsA)和0.1%地塞米松(0.1%DXM)联合滴眼，对比2组术后排斥反应的发生率。结果 采用1%CsA联合0.1%DXM，术后治疗组排斥反应发生率明显低于单纯使用地塞米松组(P<0.05)。结论 术后采用CsA联合DXM治疗，可有效降低角膜移植术后的排斥反应发生率。[关键词] 环孢霉素A；穿透性角膜移植术；排斥反应
Clinical studies on using cyclosporin A after penetrating keratoplast

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 0.1% dexamethasone or 1%CsA combined with 0.1% dexamethasone in preventing and treating immune rejection after penetrating keratoplasty(PKP).Methods Forty-eight PKP patients were divided into 2 groups,one was treated with 0.1% dexamethasone postoperative,the other was treated with 1% CsA and dexamethasone.The immune rejection rate was reviewed.Results There was a statistical difference in the 2 groups in the postoperative immune rejection which occurred in 2 of 24 eyes treated with 1% CsA and dexamethasone,6 of 24 treated with 0.1% dexamethasone.Conclusion The efficacy of CsA combined with dexamethasone topically is better than that of dexamethasone alone in preventing rejection episodes. ......
