摘要：目的：观察Survivin 基因在增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变增殖膜中的表达。方法：取已确诊为PVR并行玻璃体切除术患者的PVR增殖膜，标本于术后立即由贮液瓶取至无菌器皿冰温运回，取出增殖膜放入多聚甲醛固定，并常规乙醇脱水，二甲苯透明、浸蜡、包埋、制备5μm连续切片，将切片行常规H-E染色，采用Survivin多克隆抗体(抗人及抗兔)行免疫组织化学实验，检测Survivin基因在玻璃体和增殖膜中的表达。结果：Survivin基因在PVR增殖膜中呈阳性表达，且随着PVR临床分级的增高，免疫组织化学染色阳性细胞百分率逐渐升高。结论：认为PVR的形成是由于Survivin基因的异常表达促进了细胞增殖，阐明PVR的形成机制。

    Expression of Survivin Gene in Periretinal Membranes of Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy

    Abstract： Objective: To study the expression of survivin gene in periretinal membrane of prliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR). Method: 14 periretinal membranes obtained from 14 cases of PVR with retinal detachment undergoing vitretomy were used to examine the expression of surviving gene by SABC method. Result: Survivin gene was expressed in 8 of the 14 cases. The reactions of surviving were observed in the cytoplasm and extracellular matrix. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of surviving gene inhibits apoptosis and it may participate in the progression of proliferative vitreoretinopathy. ......
