    Origin:

    The lung of the animal Sus scrofa demestica Brisson, belonging to the Suidae family.

    Properties:

    Sweet in flavor, mild in nature, it is related to the channel of the lung.

    Functions:

    Moistens the lungs and nourishes deficiency.

    Applications:

    For prolonged coughing that does not have too much sputum, or shortness of breath, or coughing blood due to deficiency of the lungs:

    a) Cut a pork lung into pieces and fry them with sesame oil. Then cook the lung pieces with water and rice to make a pork lung porridge. Cosume the porridge.

    b) Clean a pork lung, add 10 g. of almond and stew them. Consume the food.
