AbstractAIM:To observe the expression of HSP-70 and Fas in gastric mucosa with chronic atrophic gastritis induced by hot water perfusion in rats and study the relationship between the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and hot high-salt diet.
METHODS: The rat model of atrophic gastritis was constructed by hot water perfusion (55℃, 2.5 mL each time, once a day for 8-65 wk). The expression of HSP-70 and Fas in gastric mucosa were detected by immunofluorescence method and laser scanning confocal microscopy ......
