【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜下局部注射甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗输卵管妊娠以保留病变输卵管生理功能的效果。方法：在腹腔镜直视下选择未破裂的输卵管妊娠胚胎着床处，向囊内注射MTX 25、50、75mg保守治疗。结果：12例均手术成功，其中10例分别于术后3～4d痊愈出院，2例术后βHCG下降不满意追加肌肉注射MTX及加服中药活血化瘀治愈出院。结论：此法适于输卵管妊娠未破裂型。临床疗效可靠，药毒副反应小。为未生育过的患者保留病变输卵管的生殖生理功能提供了可靠的治疗手段。【关键词】 妊娠，异位；甲氨蝶呤；腹腔镜检查

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the role of methotrexate(MTX) for preserving the function of the fallopian tube in ectopic pregnancy.Methods:MTX in a dosage of 25mg,50mg,75mg,respectively was injected into the gastrula under laparoscope.Results:Twelve patients were performed operation successfully,and ten of whom were cured in 3 to 4 days,the other 2 were surinjected MTX muscularly and took oral traditional chinese medicine due to descent of βHCG.Conclusions:Injection of MTX is effect and reliable for the fallopian tube pregnant patients whose gastrula was not splited,and it has salutary effect for preserving the function of fallopian tube,especially for those who have not beared. ......
