【摘要】 目的 通过髓内、外固定治疗股骨远端骨折术后临床观察，评价其治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析1998年1月～2004年12月间应用逆行带锁髓内钉及“L”形钢板治疗股骨远端骨折病例。结果 二种固定方法均达到骨折骨性愈合。但“L”形钢板并发症发生率明显高于髓内固定治疗组。结论 交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折具有固定可靠、创伤小、膝关节功能恢复快等优点，可作为治疗股骨远端骨折的首选方法。

    The effective analysis of extra-intramedullary fixation for treatment of supracondylar fracture

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe the effects of intra-extramedullury fixation for treatment of supracondylar fracture and evaluate the clinical results.Methods Retrospective study of the cases with supracondylar fracture treatment with interlocking intramedullary nail and “L” sign plate from Jan 1998 to Dec 2004.Results Fracture healing in all cases, but complication rate with “L” sign plate higher than the intramedullary nail.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail is more suitable for supracondylar fracture, because the result is more reliable fixation, less operative trauma, it can be used as a first alternative to supracondylar fracture. ......
