乳酸脱氢酶同工酶与急性脑血管病高血糖关系的研究

     【摘要】 目的 探讨血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性及LDH同工酶谱变化与急性脑血管病(acute cerebrovascular disease, ACVD)高血糖的关系。方法 用葡萄糖氧化酶法、分光光度法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分别测定了ACVD高血糖试验组、ACVD试验对照组及正常组的血糖(blood sugar, BS)浓度、LDH活性及LDH同工酶谱的变化。结果 正常组、试验对照组与试验组LDH相比差异有显著性;其中试验组与试验对照组LDH相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);试验组与正常对照组差异有极显著性(P<0.01);而试验对照组与正常对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。LDH与BS浓度呈正相关。ACVD 患者LDH1/LDH2>1,对照组LDH1/LDH2<1;ACVD 患者LDH1高于对照组LDH1。结论 急性脑血管病血清LDH活性及LDH同工酶变化与血糖高低有关,LDH可能与急性脑血管病高血糖过程互为因果关系。

    Study of the relationship between the lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme and the acute cerebrovascular disease with hyperglycemia

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of the activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH )and LDH isoenzymes in patients of acute cerebrovascular disease(ACVD) with hyperglycemia.Methods ACVD patients were separated into two groups according to their blood glucose level: hyperglycemia group(HG) and normoglycemia group(NG). Serum LDH activity and LDH isoenzymes were measured by means of spectrophotography and agarose gel. Results The LDH activity is different in HG group,NG group and healthy person. The LDH activity in HG is significantly higher than those of NG (P<0.05)and control(P<0.01),while there is no significant difference between NG and control(P>0.05). There is a correlation between blood glucose and LDH activity. The ratio of LDH1and LDH2 is larger than 1 in ACVD patients while the ratio of LDH1and LDH2 is smaller than 1 in control. LDH1 activity is higher in ACVD patients than that of control. Conclusion The LDH activity and LDH isoenzymes in patients with ACVD might be related to their blood level.There may be a correlation between LDH and hyperglycemia in patients with ACVD. ......
