【摘 要】 目的 探讨治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的新方法。 方法 分析13例锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的疗效。 结果 随访3～20个月，平均8个月，无1例出现钢板松动或断裂、骨折不愈合、感染等并发症，关节功能恢复良好。 结论 锁骨钩钢板是治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折一个比较可靠、值得临床推广的方法。

    Clavicular hook plate for acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of clavicular hook plate(CHP)in treating dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint and fractures of the distal clavicle.Methods 13cases with acromioclavicular joint dislocation or distal clavicle fracture were treated with CHP and its effect evaluated.Results 13cases were followed up for3～20months(average8months).No one case showed loosened or ruptured armor plate.Every fracture cicatrized well and no infection occurred at all.Conclusion Clavicular hook plate used in treating acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fracture is a more credible method and is worth recommending in clinic. ......
