    【摘要】 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒对盆腔静脉曲张症的诊断价值。 方法 对6例盆腔静脉曲张症患者经阴道彩色多普勒检查结果进行回顾性总结分析，并经腹腔镜或静脉造影证实。 结果 盆腔静脉曲张症声像图表现为:子宫均匀性增大或正常，子宫两侧、附件区及盆底部蚯蚓状小无回声区聚集成团，频谱多普勒显示为流速较低的静脉频谱。 结论 经阴道彩色多普勒对盆腔静脉曲张症有重要的临床诊断价值。

    Diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome by color ultrasonography

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic graphs of pelvic congestion syndrome by color ultrasonogra-phy with a probe placed in vagina.Methods The ultrasonographic results of6cases of pelvic congestion syndrome were analyzed respectively and compared with the results of same cases with laparoscopic and venographic diagnosis.Results The ultrasonography show uterus was normal or enlarged in size and area of many small non-echo signs in clustering status like earthworms aggregation occur in adnexa uteri.And Doppler ultrasound angiography showed fre-quency spectrum of vein with slower blood flow in the area of non-echo signs of adnexa uteri.Conclusion The diag-nosis of pelvic congestion syndrome by color ultrasonography with Doppler probe placed in vagina is useful in clinical practice. ......
