高场MRI对小脑膜瘤的诊断价值

     [摘要] 目的评价高场MRI多序列、多方位成像及增强扫描在小脑膜瘤诊断中的价值。方法收集经高场MRI诊断的小脑膜瘤11例，分析其不同序列图像特征。结果 T1WI以等信号为主10例(10/11)，T2WI以等信号为主8例(8/11)， T2液体衰减反转恢复(T2FLAIR)序列上以高或略高信号为主10例(10/11)，其余表现略有差异；增强扫描均有显著均匀或稍欠均匀强化，9例伴脑膜尾征。结论高场MRI多序列，尤其T2FLAIR及增强扫描在小脑膜瘤诊断中有重要价值，适当辅以薄层扫描，可极大的减少漏诊。

    [Abstract] Objective To assay the diagnostic value of highfield MRI in small meningioma using multiplane,multisequence and contrastenhancement.Methods Eleven cases of small meningoma diagnosed by highfield MRI were collected,and their image characteristics were analyzed.Results Most meningiomas showed isointense signal on T1weighted images (10/11) and on T2weighted images (8/11),but hyperintense or slight hyperintense signal on T2 fluidattenuated inversionrecovery (FLAIR) images (10/11).After injection of contrast medium,the lesions exhibited homogeneous or slight homogeneous intense enhancement.Dual tail signs were detected in 9 cases.Conclusion Multisequence highfield MRI,especially the T2FLAIR and contrastenhancement have a significant value in the diagnosis of small meningoma,and missed diagnosis is reduced greatly with the aid of thin layer scanning. ......
