高场MRI对小脑膜瘤的诊断价值

[摘要] 目的 评价高场MRI多序列、多方位成像及增强扫描在小脑膜瘤诊断中的价值。方法 收集经高场MRI诊断的小脑膜瘤11例,分析其不同序列图像特征。结果 T1WI以等信号为主10例(10/11),T2WI以等信号为主8例(8/11), T2液体衰减反转恢复(T2FLAIR)序列上以高或略高信号为主10例(10/11),其余表现略有差异;增强扫描均有显著均匀或稍欠均匀强化,9例伴脑膜尾征。结论 高场MRI多序列,尤其T2FLAIR及增强扫描在小脑膜瘤诊断中有重要价值,适当辅以薄层扫描,可极大的减少漏诊。[关键词] 强磁场;脑膜瘤,小;磁共振成像;价值
Diagnostic value of highfield MRI in small meningioma

[Abstract] Objective To assay the diagnostic value of highfield MRI in small meningioma using multiplane,multisequence and contrastenhancement.Methods Eleven cases of small meningoma diagnosed by highfield MRI were collected,and their image characteristics were analyzed.Results Most meningiomas showed isointense signal on T1weighted images (10/11) and on T2weighted images (8/11),but hyperintense or slight hyperintense signal on T2 fluidattenuated inversionrecovery (FLAIR) images (10/11).After injection of contrast medium,the lesions exhibited homogeneous or slight homogeneous intense enhancement.Dual tail signs were detected in 9 cases.Conclusion Multisequence highfield MRI,especially the T2FLAIR and contrastenhancement have a significant value in the diagnosis of small meningoma,and missed diagnosis is reduced greatly with the aid of thin layer scanning. ......
