     [摘要] 目的 CT、MRI检查对胸主动脉瘤特异性诊断。方法对30例胸主动脉瘤患者行CT平扫及增强扫描、MRI检查，并将各种胸主动脉瘤在CT、MRI的表现加以总结。结果 30例胸主动脉瘤患者CT、MRI检查均有特异性表现。结论凡临床怀疑胸主动脉瘤患者，均需CT平扫加增强或MRI检查。

    CT and MRI feature of chest aortic aneurysm

    [Abstract] Objective To observe features of CT and MR examination of diagnosis in chest aortic aneurysm.Methods 30 cases of chest aortic aneurysm are examined by CT conventional plain,enhanced scan and MRI.25 men and 5 women,aged 15～30 years of 6 cases,30～60 years of 18 cases,over 60 years of 6 cases.20 cases of aneurysm,2 cases psudoaneurysm,8 cases of dissection,and take into the summary every kind of chest aortic aneurysm in CT and MRI feature.Results Specified features were found in 30 cases of aortic aneunysm with CT and MRI.Conclusion Any clinical doubt patient of chest aortic aneurysm are all needs the CT contrast and MRI examination. ......
