     [摘要] 目的研究性激素补充治疗对围绝经期妇女心率变异性的影响。方法 45例围绝经期妇女用利维爱治疗2个月，对治疗前后及40例正常月经者的心率变异性进行比较。结果围绝经期妇女治疗前总功率及低频功率/高频功率值高于治疗后和对照组。结论性激素补充治疗可改善围绝经期妇女的心率变异性。
