【摘要】 目的 总结严重复合伤中输尿管损伤的早期诊断。方法 回顾分析我院2005年收治的5例严重复合伤中输尿管损伤病例的临床资料。结果 5例均延期诊断。延迟诊断时间3～10天，平均4天。结论 提高对严重复合伤输尿管损伤早期临床特点的认识。
