【摘要】 目的 通过对338例标本支原体培养和药敏检测，了解解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的感染情况及其对抗生素的药敏性，以指导临床合理用药。方法 采用法国梅里埃公司IST支原体试剂盒进行支原体培养鉴定及药敏检测。结果 338例标本中，阳性标本151例，占44.6%；单一Uu感染99例，占29.3%；单一Mh感染29例，占8.6%；Uu+Mh混合感染23例，占6.8%。药敏结果，支原体对强力霉素、原始霉素、交沙霉素比较敏感。对氧氟沙星、红霉素耐药率高。结论 支原体感染Uu感染率最高，临床首选药物应为强力霉素、原始霉素、交沙霉素，以便指导临床选择用药。
