[摘要] 目的 探讨慢性心衰对血小板参数的影响。方法 抽取52例慢性心衰患者和34例非心衰患者的静脉血标本，测定其血小板参数并进行比较。结果 慢性心衰患者的血小板(PLT)计数与非心衰患者差异无显著性(P>0.05)，慢性心衰患者血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)显著高于非心衰患者(P<0.05)，慢性心衰患者平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板比率(P-LCR)显著高于非心衰患者(P<0.01)。结论 P-LCR增大是慢性心衰出现早期心源性肝硬化的重要指标之一，并且可作为心衰治疗的一个指标。

    Effect of chronic heart failure on platelet parameters

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of chronic heart failure on the platelet parameters.Methods Venous blood specimens of 52 cases of chronic heart failure and 34 controls were obtained and analyzed with Sysmex SF-3000 automated blood analyzer,then the platelet parmeters of the two groups were compared.Results Platelet volume distribution width(PDW), mean platelet volume(MPV) and platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR) of chronic heart failure were significantly higher than that of controls(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01).Platelet counts were no significant changes between the two groups.Conclusion P-LCR is one of the important indexes to prognose the early hepatocirrhosis in chronic heart failure, and could be one of indexes of the treatment in chronic heart failure. ......
