     【摘要】目的探讨半叶马尾藻多糖对HL60细胞CD11b、CD11a表达的影响。方法 MTT研究半叶马尾藻多糖对HL60细胞体外增殖的影响，采用流式细胞术研究对CD11b、CD11a表达的影响。结果半叶马尾藻多糖能增高CD11b、CD11a的表达率，且作用随时间和浓度的增加而增强。结论半叶马尾藻多糖在体外可影响HL60细胞CD11b、CD11a的表达，提示其在抗肿瘤方面有一定的开发应用前景。
