【摘要】 目的 研究自体骨髓在兔腰椎横突间融合中的诱导成骨作用。方法 骨骼成熟的中国白兔24只，行双侧腰5~6椎体横突间植骨融合。实验组除植入髂骨外，取2ml自体骨髓植入融合区。不同时期处死动物，脊柱标本通过手工检测、X线片、CT测量成骨体积、组织学等方法分析。结果 各时期实验组手工检测、X线片、CT测量成骨块体积均高于对照组，组织学检查显示各时期实验组的成骨数量和新生骨的成熟度均高于对照组。结论 兔腰椎横突间融合模型中，自体骨髓是一种有效可靠的骨移植添加物，可在应用有限自体髂骨植骨的情况下，获得更好的融合效果。
