     [摘要] 实行三军联勤卫勤保障后，军队疗养院规模扩大、功能拓宽，给科研工作带来了新的发展机遇。本文对联勤前科研工作存在的困难和问题进行了剖析，针对存在的困难和问题，强调通过发挥联勤优势，拓宽科技投入渠道,优化整合科技资源夯实科研基础；通过加强院校联姻，疗养治疗相结合，突出特勤保障，整体提高科研水平；通过建立鼓励机制，营造科研氛围。

    [Abstract] Along with the combination of triservice force and structural reforms, the scale of military sanatorium is enlarged and the function is broadened All of above brings new developing opportunities to scientific research This article analyse difficulties and problems in scientific research before combined service force, then put forward some suggestions to solve those difficulties and problems in the new situation For example, we should bring the superiority of combined service force into full play; broaden investment channel of science and technology, optimize and conform the resource of science and technology, strong the foundation of scientific research Also ,it may be beneficial if we push ahead the alliance of sanatorium and university, or establish mechanisms of encouragement We shall make full use of the superiority of combined service force, bring about a better atmosphere of scientific research and achieve a whole improvement ......
