【摘要】 目的 制备以盐酸赛庚啶和醋酸地塞米松为主药的复方凝胶剂。方法 以卡波姆-940为凝胶基质，三乙醇胺调节pH值，对羟基苯甲酸乙酯作防腐剂，制备凝胶。采用双波长分光光度法分别测定凝胶中盐酸赛庚啶和醋酸地塞米松的含量。结果 凝胶剂质地均匀、细腻、粘稠度适中。盐酸赛庚啶平均含量为101.29%，平均回收率为101.54%(RSD1.90%)；醋酸地塞米松平均含量为99.20%，平均回收率为99.45%(RSD2.46%)。结论 该制剂性质稳定，无刺激性，疗效好，值得临床推广应用。

    Preparation and quality control of compound cyproheptadine hydrochloride gel

    【Abstract】 Objective To prepare a compound gel composed of cyproheptadine hydrochloride(Cph)and dexamethasone acetate(Dxm).Methods The gel was prepared by carbomer-940 as the base, trilamine as pH adjuster and ethylparaben as preservative. The contents of Cph and Dxm in gel were determined by dual-wave-length spectrophotometry.Results The gel exhibited fine consistency and moderate viscosity. The average content of Cph in gel was 101.29% with an average recovery of 101.54%, RSD1.90%. The average content of Dxm in gel was 99.20% with an average recovery of 99.45%, RSD2.46%.Conclusion This gel is stable and non-irritative. It is a newly developed preparation. ......
