摘要: 目的： 探讨一次性静脉留置针套管在宫腔内人工授精(IUI)中的应用。方法：将96例106周期的IUI患者分为2组，A组42例(50周期)，采用Tomcat管注入精液行人工授精；B组54例(56周期)，使用一次性静脉留置针套管做人工授精管。比较2种导管在行IUI时插管的困难程度、出血发生率及妊娠结局。结果：A组与B组比较，进入宫腔困难程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；A组在置管过程中出血发生率明显高于B组(P<0.05)，B组妊娠率高于A组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 一次性静脉留置针套管在行宫腔内人工授精操作简便、易行,且妊娠率高。关键词: 宫腔内人工授精; 套管针; 妊娠率
Application of installing of I.V catheter in intrauterine for artificial insemination

Abstract Objective: To investigate the application of installing of I.V catheter in intrauterine for artificial insemination (IUI). Methods: Ninetysix infertile patients who had received 106 IUI treatment cycles were divided into a conventional IUI group (group A) and I.V catheter group (group B). Their incidences of difficulty of introducing into the uterus , bleeding and pregnancy rate were compared. Results: The incidences of difficulty of introducing into the uterus in group B were as same as group A ;but the incidences of bleeding in the group B was lower than those in group A and the pregnancy rate in the group B was higher than those in group A. Conclusion: The new method in the IUI is simple ,easy to manage and may raise the pregnancy rate of patient. ......
