中西医结合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床研究

[摘要] 目的 研究中西医结合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法 将56例真菌性角膜溃疡患者按完全随机对照顺序分为西医组28例，中西医结合组28例。西医组按常规西医治疗，中西医结合组是在西医治疗的基础上辨证施治，随证加减，口服中药。结果 所有病例在治疗结束后经过3～5个月的临床随访观察，中西医结合组优于单纯西医组(P<0.05)。结论 中药对真菌性角膜溃疡有一定的疗效，配合西医治疗能减轻病情，提高疗效。[关键词] 真菌性角膜溃疡；中西医结合

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effects of treatment on the mycotic ulcer with the traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
Methods 56 cases of the mycotic ulcer were divided into 2 groups with the completely random design. There were 28 cases in the Western medicine group and 28 cases in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group.
