新疆博州蒙古族胰岛素受体底物1基因与高血压病的关系

     摘要:目的:研究新疆博州蒙古族族胰岛素受体底物1(IRS1) G972R多态性同原发性高血压的关系。方法:选择蒙古族原发性高血压患者182例及正常对照者375例,测定身高、体重、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、血浆胆固醇及甘油三酯。提取DNA,采用链式反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCRRFLP)技术测定IRS1 基因G972R多态性。结果:蒙古族原发性高血压男性比例、年龄、BMI、血糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白明显高于对照组。2组IRS1 G972R多态GG、GR基因型频率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.576,P>0.05);2组G、R等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.571,P>0.05)。GG、GR基因型间体重指数、血糖及血脂水平无明显差异。结论:IRS1 基因G972R多态性可能与新疆博州蒙古族原发性高血压无关。

    Association of the G972R polymorphism of IRS1 with essential hypertension in Xinjiang Mongol group

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate association of the G972R polymorphism of insulin receptor substrate1(IRS1) with essential hypertension in Mongol population of Boertala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang. Methods: The study covered essential hypertensive (185 cases) and normotensive (375 cases)Mongol subjects in Boertala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang. Body height and weight, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were recorded. Fasting plasma glucose, triglyceride,and cholesterol were measured. Genome DNA was extracted from white blood cells. The segment of IRS1 was amplified from DNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The PCR products were digested by restriction endonuclease. Rusults: Male, age, BMI, and the levels of fasting plasma glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly higher in essential hypertensive subjects.
