     [摘要] 目的探讨HIV阳性患者合并外科疾病的发病特点及处理和职业防护。方法分析我院外科2005年3月～2006年8月收治的49例HIV阳性患者手术治疗，总结治疗防护经验。结果 49例患者原发外科疾病均治疗好转。医护人员无职业暴露及交叉感染。结论尽可能完善围手术期准备，积极预防手术并发症的发生。治疗过程中医护人员应加强防护，避免职业暴露感染。

    Surgical treatment of HIV test positive patient with surgical disease in ethnologic area

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical feature and surgical treatment & vocational protection of HIV test positive patient with surgical disease.Methods Analysing the surgical treatment of 49 cases whose HIV test positive from Mar.2005 to Aug.2006.Results 49 patientss primary disease experienced good clinical outcomes.No medical or paramedical get vocational exposure. Conclusion Improving the preparation of pre-.operation, avoid the complication.
