[摘要] 目的 对比研究老年患者髌骨骨折的两种内固定方法。方法 回顾性分析自1996年1月～2004年12月我院采用两种内固定方法治疗的老年髌骨骨折共76例,其中采用克氏针张力带内固定42例,采用镍钛形状记忆环抱器内固定34例,对两组手术时间、手术并发症、术后恢复情况、平均住院总时间及平均住院总费用进行比较。结果 两组在术后恢复和总住院费用方面差异无显著性，在术后并发症和住院总时间方面差异有显著性。结论 根据成本-效果分析，证实镍钛形状记忆环抱器内固定在治疗老年髌骨骨折患者中比克氏针张力带内固定具有更显著的优越性。

    Comparative study of different internal fixation for fracture of patella of elderly patients

    [Abstract] Objective To compare two internal fixations for fracture of patella of old patients.Methods From January 1996 to December 2004, we retrospectively evaluated fracture of patella of 76 old patients. Forty two patients in group A was treated with tension band wiring.Thirty four patients in group B was treated with Nickel-.Tilanium memory alloy patella concentrator,we analysed operation time,complications,total medical cost,total hospitalized time and the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results No significant difference were found in associated operation time, the therapeutic effect and total medical cost between two groups.There is less complications and total hospitalized time in group B than group A.Conclusion This study demonstrated that internal fixation with Nickel-.Tilanium memory alloy patella concentrator is more efficient method than with tension band wiring. ......
