摘要: 目的：探讨颅脑显微外科手术中B超的应用价值。方法：15例颅内占位性病变患者开颅后在硬脑膜外或硬脑膜下应用B 超对病变进行定位，显微镜下切除病变。结果：15 例中除1 例病变因位置较深显示困难外，其余 14例病变显示清晰，定位准确。病变全切除14例，1例次全切除。术后患者神经功能保留良好。结论：术中颅脑 B 超监测可以实时显示病变的部位与轮廓，有助于病变的术中定位，减少了手术的副损伤。关键词: 神经外科手术；B超；病灶定位；应用价值
Application of intraoperative Bmode ultrasounography in microneurosurgical operation

Abstract: Objective: To introduce the using of Bmode ultrasounography in microneurosurgical operation. Method: Combined with preoperative image data, we used ultrasonography to detect 15 brain subcortical lesion after craniotomy, and resected the lesion under microscope. Result: All lesions were detected accurately and total lesion resection was achieved and neurological functions were remained in all patients postoperatively. Conclusion: We can well localized and get realtime image of brain lesion with intraoperative ultrasounography. It is helpful for neurosurgeons to detect the lesion in operation and decreasing the side effect of injury. ......
