充血性心力衰竭与肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ和CGRP的关系

     【摘要】目的探讨老年充血性心力衰竭与血浆肾素(RA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)之间的关系。方法用放免法测定40例老年充血性心力衰竭患者RA、AngⅡ、CGRP并与正常对照组20例比较。结果心力衰竭组RA、AngⅡ明显高于对照组(P<001)，而CGRP明显低于对照组(P<001)，心力衰竭严重程度与血浆RA、AngⅡ、CGRP水平相关，心力衰竭患者RA、AngⅡ与CGRP水平之间呈负相关(P<001)。结论 RA、AngⅡ、CGRP参与心力衰竭的发生与发展，老年充血性心力衰竭患者测定RA、AngⅡ与CGRP可作为判断病情的一个指标。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the degree of elderly congestive heart failure and levels of reninangiotensin(RA),angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP). Methods RA, Ang Ⅱ and CGRP levels were determined in 40 elderly patients with congestive heart failure by radioimmunoassay and the results were compared with those in normal control group. Resukts In the heart failure group, RA and AngⅡ levels were higher and CGRP level was lower than those in normal control group(P<001) .The plasma levels of RA, Ang Ⅱand CGRP were closely related with the degree of elderly congestive heart failure. A negative correlation was shown between RA, Ang Ⅱ and CGRP in elderly congestive heart failure group(P<001). Conckusions RA, Ang Ⅱ and CGRP may play an important role in the pathogenesis of elderly congestive heart failure. It might be one prognostic marker for elderly congestive heart failure patients. ......
