运动对去卵巢大鼠骨骼肌自由基代谢的影响

     【摘要】目的探讨运动对去卵巢大鼠骨骼肌自由基代谢的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、去卵巢手术组、雌激素对照组、运动组，观察各组大鼠骨骼肌自由基代谢的变化。结果运动组大鼠的骨骼肌蛋白中超氧化物歧化酶活性为(44864±6759) U/mg，丙二醛的含量为(14926±6893) nmol/mg，与去卵巢组比较均有显著性差异(P<005)。结论运动能提高对去卵巢大鼠骨骼肌的抗氧化能力，减少体内自由基的堆积，疗效虽弱于雌激素，但无子宫刺激作用，可以安全应用。
