     【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术的临床价值。方法：回顾分析25例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的临床资料。结果：除1例胆总管下端结石嵌顿，胆道镜取石失败中转手术外，余24例全部手术成功，术后6～8周造影正常拔管，无并发症发生。结论：腹腔镜胆总管切开探查取石术创伤小，恢复快，手术安全，可达到良好的治疗效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and calculus removed.Methods:Clinical datas of 25 cases with gallstone and choledocholith were analysied.Results:Only one case was defeated because of the stones incarceration in choledochal lower segment and had to turn to laparotomy.The others operation were successful.Ttube was drawn after operation 68 weeks,and without complications.Conclusions:The laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and calulus removed is a safe,little wound,fast recovery and good therapeutic effect method in treating calculus of bile duct. ......
