Analysis of the management problems of the first people’s hospital of TibetKai Wang
Abstract During the “hospital management year” activity, as the biggest comprehensive hospital in Tibet,by following the policy of the national health ministry and the local situation,we analys the problems which related the hospital development carefully and performed correspond steps.Limitation of persons with ability is the biggest problem we have faced and we try to build up our hospital system.Hope the efforts we do could also give some experience to other hospitals in other provinces, especially the western ones.
