     Discussion on the performance evaluation of the clinical department and its application in the benefit bonus distribution

    Abstract OBJECTIVE To discuss the performance evaluation of the clinical department and its application methods in the benefit bonus distribution.METHODS The comprehensive performance evaluation system was constructed and based on the ministry of health’s instructive rules of economic calculation,distribution management and the synthetic assessment.Using the system to assess the management for objective of clinical department per month,and to calculate the performance bonus distribution.RESULTS The comprehensive performance evaluation system has been constructed.It is suitable for the hospital work procedure and characteristic,and is combined with the comprehensive management by objectives.The bonus percentage of the clinical department is calculated to realize the distribution of the benefit bonus in the light of performance evaluation coefficient and the clinical risk coefficient.CONCLUSION Using the performance evaluation methods in the hospital benefit bonus distribution is manipuility,practivity and feasibility.It has an active value on the benefit bouns’ motivative effect and increasing the hospital management level. ......
