摘要:目的 通过调查海南农村村民对各级政府在非典防控工作中表现的反映，研究农村村民对各级政府应对突发性公共卫生事件能力的期望，为进一步提高各级政府特别是市县乡镇政府应对突发性公共卫生事件能力提供参考。 方法 采用自行设计的调查表，随机抽取海南省19个市县的1096名村民，进行了现场调查。 结果 绝大多数村民对省、市县、乡镇政府以及村干部的非典防控工作满意，但仍反映了不少非典防控工作的问题。 结论 各级政府特别是市县乡镇政府在农村应对突发性公共卫生事件中起着关键作用，提高各级政府特别是市县乡镇政府应对突发性公共卫生事件的能力是今后工作的重点。

    Abstract:Objective To understand the status of villagers'opinions on the activities in the control of SARS in rural areas and the preparedness of grassroots level in coping with emergent public accidents so as to provide scientific reference for dealing with e-mergent public accidents by the city/county and township governments.
