摘要:目的 总结综合医院麻风患者误诊入院的原因及预防对策。 方法 收集误诊入院的6例麻风患者临床资料，分析误诊原因。 结果 患者隐瞒病史、临床表现不典型、医生警惕性下降和诊断水平不高是主要原因。 结论 在麻风已逐步进入低流行的情况下，提高医生的警惕性和诊断水平是防止麻风误诊的关键。
