[摘 要\] 目的:应用彩色M型多普勒(CMM)和组织多普勒成像(DTI)等方法评价高血压患者的左室舒张功能，探讨CMM和DTI评价左室舒张功能的临床价值。方法:根据舒张早期和晚期二尖瓣口血流峰值速度比值(E/A)将30例高血压患者例分为三组：高血压Ⅰ组(20例)E/A<1，和高血压Ⅱ组(10例)E/A≥1，正常对照组20例。应用CMM测量左室舒张早期血流播散速度(FPV)；应用DTI分析二尖瓣环的舒张早期运动速度(Ve)、舒张晚期运动速度(Va) 。 结果:高血压Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的左室舒张早期血流播散速度(FPV)、二尖瓣环舒张早期峰值速度Ea、Ve/Va与正常对照组相比均有明显下降(P<0.05)。 结论：在评价左室舒张功能异常时，二尖瓣血流频谱可能出现假性正常现象;FPV、Ve、Ve/Va是综合评价左室舒张功能的有效指标。

    Evaluation of Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Patients with Hypertension by Color M-mode Doppler Echocardiography and Doppler Tissue Imaging

    Abstract:Objective To evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function in the patients with hypertension by color M-mode Doppler echocardiography (CMM) and Doppler Tissue Imaging (DTI). Methods Thirty essential hypertension patients were divided into two guoups according to mitral valve peak flow velocity E/A ratio: groupⅠ, E/A<1(n=20); groupⅡ, E/A≥1(n=10); twenty normal volunteers. Flow propagation velocity(FPV) in left ventricle diastole rate by CMM,mitral annular velocity in early diastole(Ve) and late diastole(Va) by DTI were measured. Results FPV,Ve,Ve /Va in hypertensive patients were lower than normal(P<0.05). Conclusions FPV,Ve,Ve /Va may be useful in distinguishing a Doppler pattern of pseudo-nomalization, which could assess diastolic function more reliably. ......
