解脲脲原体及其生物群与泌尿生殖道疾病间的关系

     [摘 要] 目的:探究解脲脲原体及其不同的生物群与各类泌尿生殖道疾病间的关系。方法:通过液体培养法对260份泌尿生殖道标本中解脲脲原体感染的情况进行检测,并针对其多条带蛋白基因设计引物,通过聚合酶链反应将检测到的解脲脲原体进行分群。结果:宫颈炎和习惯性流产、早产患者中解脲脲原体的分离阳性率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);但不孕症组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。通过分群研究发现,在正常人和不孕症患者中主要以生物群1型感染为主,而宫颈炎患者与习惯性流产、早产患者中分离株主要为生物群2型。结论:解脲脲原体是宫颈炎和习惯性流产、早产的重要致病因素,其生物群2型与这两类疾病的发生密切相关。

    The Relationship of Genitourinary Tract Diseases with Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Its Biovars WU Peng1, SUN Jing1, ZHU Ming-an1, LI Bei2 (1Department of Clinical Laboratory, Taihe Hospital, Yungyang Medical College; 2Department of Microbiology, Yungyang Medical College, Shiyan, Hubei 442000, China)

    Abstract: Objective To study the relationship of genitourinary tract diseases with ureaplasma urealyticum and its biovars. Methods The distribution of U. urealyticum in 260 secretions samples of genitourinary tract through the culture in selective medium was analyzed and the isolated strains was categorized into two biovars by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay targeting the gene of the multi-band protein. Results The isolation rates of U. urealyticum in the patients with gential tract inflammation and habitual abortion were significantly higher than that in the healthy subjects (P<0.01). But the difference of U. urealyticum in the infertility group was not significant (P>0.05). According to the results of PCR, biovar 1 were the main biovar in the common control and infertility group and the patients of gential tract inflammation and habitual abortion were mainly infected with biovar 2. Conclusion U. urealyticum is an important factor in the formation of gential tract inflammation and habitual abortion, and there is a distinct correlation between biovar 2 and these two kinds of diseases. ......
